We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our documents are generated based on your inputs and are designed to reflect UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 requirements. All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, who handle all payment processing and tax compliance on our behalf.
By completing a purchase you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Your payment is processed at the point of purchase and documents are delivered immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
We offer a 7-day refund policy on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your document for any reason, contact us at hello@thedatashark.com within 7 days of purchase and we will process a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
The documents generated by DataShark are licensed to you for use in your business. You may publish, distribute, and modify your generated documents as needed for your business operations. You may not resell or sublicense the document templates or generation system itself.
All other content on the DataShark platform — including our website design, software, brand, and document templates — remains our intellectual property.
The accuracy and legal suitability of your generated documents depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for:
DataShark accepts no liability for documents generated based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataShark's total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific document that is the subject of the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
